Mix the amount of Decowell Blond bleach powder needed with the Oxiwell oxidizing emulsion (10, 20, 30 or 40 vol.) in a non-metallic bowl. Use approximately one part of powder to two parts of cream. When the mixture is smooth, apply generously with a brush, starting at the roots where the hair is darker. Leave the product to develop for 30 to 50 minutes. After getting the shade desired, rinse the hair well with warm water and dry with a towel.
